Job Description

• Full responsibility for planning, production, and quality control of cables for advanced military systems;  
• Reviewing and approving drawings, specifications, and manufacturing documentation;  
• Collaborating with engineering, integration, and field teams;  
• Ensuring compliance with military standards (MIL-STD), IPC/WHMA-A-620, and quality protocols.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in cable/harness manufacturing for defense/aerospace applications;
• Deep understanding of military specifications and wiring standards;  
• Proficiency in reading mechanical and electrical drawings;  
• High-level English (technical reading/writing);  
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and in teams.
  

Represents an advantage

• Experience with subcontractors (local and international);
• Experience working with defense clients.
